Caroline is an experienced coach and facilitator and an expert in leadership behaviour. Her main strength is her ability to challenge leaders in a constructive and supportive way. She encourages reflection and self-awareness to support individuals and teams to recognise and achieve their potential.

Caroline has a degree in politics, an MBA, is an Associate member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the ILM. She is currently completing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at UWE. Level A & B trained, she is licensed to utilise a range of psychometric tools.
